On-Site Camping

We are excited to once again offer the opportunity to extend your Wing-Off Weekend experience by camping just steps away from the festival grounds! Our campground offers several amenities, from bath houses to dump stations, to help make your stay more convenient and enjoyable.

Camper check-in time will take place on Friday, June 20th between the hours of 12:00PM and 6:00PM. Check in will not begin until promptly at noon. If arrangements need to be made outside of those hours, please send an email to camping@tristatewingoff.com. All campers MUST be checked in and parked before 9:00 am on Saturday due to festival set up.

Campers must exit the premises by 3:00PM on Sunday, June 22nd.

Included with the purchase of your campsite is full access to the Pre Wing-Off Pavilion Party, which will consist of food trucks and live music starting at 6:00PM until 11:30PM.

All campsites are a short walk to the festival grounds and will be available while supplies last so DON’T WAIT!

Campground Rules

1. Open flames are permitted on the grounds but all fires MUST be enclosed within a fire ring. Fire rings are not provided. 
2. Alcohol will be permitted on the camping premises but is prohibited inside the festival grounds. 
3. All camper/RV spaces will be assigned a space by the parking attendants based on size of the camper. 
4. Pets are permitted in the campground but must remain in a fenced in area, kennel, or on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the festival grounds at any point.
5. No person will be allowed in the enclosed campground area without the proper wristband. This includes the Primitive Campsite Area and Campground Area A.
6. The Western Maryland Jaycees and its Volunteers will reserve the right to remove and revoke re-entry to the camping area and/or festival grounds to any persons not behaving appropriately. We strive to keep our event a safe, clean, fun and family friendly atmosphere and will discipline those disturbing that motto accordingly. Have fun, but do it in a safe, smart and respectful manner.
