On-Site Camping

We are excited to once again offer the opportunity to extend your Wing-Off Weekend experience by camping just steps away from the festival grounds! Our campground offers several amenities, from bath houses to dump stations, to help make your stay more convenient and enjoyable.

Camper check-in time will take place on Friday, June 14th between the hours of 12:00PM and 6:00PM.  If arrangements need to be made outside of those hours, please send an email to camping@tristatewingoff.com. Campers must exit the premises by 3:00PM on Sunday, June 16th.

Included with the purchase of your campsite is full access to our new event, the Pre Wing-Off Pavilion Party, which will consist of food trucks and live music starting at 6:00PM until 11:30PM.

All campsites are a short walk to the festival grounds and will be available while supplies last so DON’T WAIT!

Campground Rules

  1. Open flames are permitted on the grounds but all fires MUST be enclosed within a fire ring. Fire rings are not provided. 
  2. Alcohol will be permitted on the camping premises but is prohibited inside the festival grounds. 
  3. All camper/RV spaces will be assigned a space by the parking attendants based on size of the camper. 
  4. Pets are permitted in the campground but must remain in a fenced in area, kennel, or on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the festival grounds at any point.
  5. No person will be allowed in the enclosed campground area without the proper wristband. This includes the Primitive Campsite Area and Campground Area A.
  6. The Western Maryland Jaycees and its Volunteers will reserve the right to remove and revoke re-entry to the camping area and/or festival grounds to any persons not behaving appropriately. We strive to keep our event a safe, clean, fun and family friendly atmosphere and will discipline those disturbing that motto accordingly. Have fun, but do it in a safe, smart and respectful manner. Campground Passes & Packages

We have four types of campsites available. The purchase of a campsite includes: 1 (one) vehicle parking pass and 4 (four) adult campground wristbands. Children under 12 are no extra charge. Festival tickets are sold separately or can be added at a discount rate by purchasing a package option during the checkout process of your campsite.

Also, each campsite will have the opportunity to purchase an additional parking pass (2 total per site) and 2 additional Adult Campsite Wristbands (6 total per site).

Primitive Tent/Pop-Up Camping Site – $100

Tent sites offer the opportunity to mark your own 20' x 40' plot for your group to occupy with either 2 (two) tents of 1 (one) pop-up camper. Canopies do not count as tents. There will be no electric, water, or sewer hook-ups in this area. Portable toilets and bathhouses will be available in the area.

Water/Electric RV Site – $190

Each campsite is approximately 20' x 45' and will be assigned upon arrival by the parking attendants. Electric will be through a shared 30 amp circuit, please bring an extension cord and RV power adapter. Water will be through a shared hose bib, please bring a splitter and a hose. These sites do not include sewer hook up and are all located in Area B near the general parking area.

Full Hook-Up RV Site (Area B) – $200

Each campsite is approximately 20' x 45' and will be assigned upon arrival by the parking attendants. All sites include water, electric, and sewer hook up and are located in Area B near the general parking area.

Full Hook-Up RV Site (Area A) – $220

Each campsite is approximately 20' x 45' and will be assigned upon arrival by the parking attendants. All sites include water, electric, and sewer hook up and are located in Area A near the Ag Pavilion and Multi-Purpose Building.
