Want to be involved?

The Tri-State Wing-Off would not be possible without the army of community volunteers that step up to help out year after year. From security, to beverage service, to facility maintenance and everything in between, there’s a ton of work to be done! Non-profit organizations sign-up to take on these responsibilities in return for a monetary donation to their organization.

Since it’s inception, the Tri-State Wing-Off has donated over $160,000 back to non-profit organizations within the community. As the event grows, so does the donation and the need for volunteers. These positions fill up fast, and are granted on a first come, first served basis.

Volunteer Application

We are now accepting applications for the 2025 event! Each year we enlist the help of non-profit organizations to staff our event. In return, a portion of our proceeds is donated back to each organization based on the number of volunteers and man-hours worked. If you are a member of a non-profit organization and your group is interested in volunteering this year, we’d love to hear from you!
