Interested in participating? Registration will not be approved until both the application and vendor fee have been received.


Application Checklist

  • Vendor Application (Page 6 of the Packet)
  • Vendor Release & Liability Waiver (Pages 7 & 8 of the Packet)
  • $250 Registration Fee (check or paid online)
  • Copy of businesses food service license, or application for a temporary license from the Health Dept. Application available here.
  • Proof of liability insurance of at least $500,000.00

All of the above items must be complete to reserve your spot at The 14th Annual Wing-Off & Music Festival. Please remember that vendor spots are first-come, first-serve, and will be limited (we only have that many fryers, so there is NO flexibility in vendor participation numbers).
